In-house maintenance of air conditioning systems may be difficult to schedule around your working hours. We can offer service times convenient to you and your business in order to minimise disruption.
Any HVAC service and maintenance contract with us ensures you comply with your manufacturer’s warranty.
Regular, reliable servicing prolongs the life of your equipment and reduces the risk of breakdown and keeps operating costs to a minimum.
### Regular servicing ensures optimum efficiently:
- A nationwide team of engineers can attend quickly to any service call or breakdown
- Bespoke system to log and track scheduled visits and call outs
- All of our engineersare F-Gas certified and receive continual training through our partnership with Daikin, Toshiba and Mitsubishi, keeping us compliant with all regulations
- The new F GAS regulation ([www.acrib.org.uk](http://www.acrib.org.uk/)) became law in 2006, for refrigeration gases. Our maintenance contracts ensure systems are F Gas compliant

## Fire Dampers:
FIRE DAMPER & SMOKE DAMPER INSPECTION To BS9999
Compliance requires that fire damper testing is carried out annually. A fire damper test requires a visual inspection of the fire damper and a drop test.

## Frequently Asked Questions
###### Are there legal regulations covering air conditioning maintenance?
Since 2006, the F Gas regulation also applies to air-conditioning systems that use fluorinated gases as a refrigerant means that all systems need an annual leak check.
###### Which areas do you cover?
We service customers throughout the UK, with a nationwide team of engineers who can quickly attend to any service call or breakdown.
###### Are your engineers qualified?
Yes, all our engineering team are fully certified in the safe handling of refrigerants and have also been trained and manufacturer-approved by our partners Dakin and Mitsubishi.
###### How often should my air conditioning system be serviced?
We recommend servicing your air-conditioning system at least once every 12 months, and you may require more regular filter cleaning and replacement depending on environmental conditions and usage patterns. All the equipment we supply at Air Control comes with a manufacturer’s warranty of between 12 months and seven years – to use this warranty, you must demonstrate that you keep your equipment maintained.
###### Do you offer a repair service?
Yes, if you suspect a problem with your air-conditioning system, please get in touch today and one of our qualified engineers will attend the site, diagnose the issue, and resolve it the same day if possible. Any replacement parts you need will be reported back to our head office and quoted as appropriate.
