**Wall Mount:** Wall-mounted air-conditioning units are the common type of AC unit in businesses and public buildings.
**Cassette:** Cassette air-conditioners are ceiling-mounted units that provide powerful cooling & heating for settings such as offices and shops, retail and leisure with the capacity to cool large areas effectively.

**Ducted unit:** Ducted air-conditioning systems are used to cool large multilevel commercial and industrial buildings, and consist of both an indoor and outdoor unit, connected by pipes and ductwork that run throughout your ceiling. Air is then pushed through vents into different areas rooms, allowing even distribution of temperature.

###### What areas do you cover?
We provide a full nationwide service, with local teams of engineers that can cover any business premises in the UK, from Land’s End to John O Groats.
###### Are you certified by any manufacturers?
Yes, all our installation teams are accredited by our supply partners Mitsubishi, Toshiba, and Dakin, to guarantee an efficient and reliable service, although we do have access to all the manufacturers.
###### What sectors do you cover?
We work with customers in all commercial and industrial sectors, including offices, manufacturing businesses, schools and colleges, retail customers, and more, as well as the public sector.
###### Do you install air conditioning for small domestic premises?
We do work with landlords of multi-occupancy apartment buildings, but unfortunately do not work with individual homeowners of smaller properties.
###### ‘What is a heat pump?’
A heat pump is a heat transfer device that passes heat energy from the ‘thermal reservoir’ in the outside environment into your premises. Many commercial HVAC (Heating Ventilation & Air Conditioning) systems make use of an air-source heat pump, which transfers heat back and forth between your premises and the outside air, making them an efficient and versatile choice for indoor climate control.
###### ‘What kind of warranty do you offer?’
